From idea to a launched MVP,web or iOS
Product design and a first version that works for real, so you can put it in front of users and grow it once the idea holds.
Who itis for
A new product rarely needs everything at once. It needs the one thing users come for, working well enough to test on real people. That first version is what we build, and then it grows.
“I want to launch my own product”
Product design and a first working version you can put in front of users, then grow once the idea holds.
- Product design
- MVP
- Web apps
“I need a mobile app”
An iPhone app designed and built end to end, from the first screen to a version real people use every day.
- iOS apps
- Product design
- AI features
What wedo
The idea cut down to a first version
What has to be in it for a user to get value, and what can wait. Written down in plain words before any code.
A design you can click
The main flows as a clickable design, so you can try them before they are built.
Web apps
Accounts, the core feature, credits or plans, an admin side: a real product in the browser, on any device.
iPhone apps
Native iOS in Swift, from the first screen to TestFlight. Keyless is our iOS work so far; everything else we have built is for the web.
AI where it is the product
Generating images, rewriting and translating text, turning notes into structured data: AI that does the job users came for.
Tested the way it is used
Automated tests on the real flows, not just that a setting was saved. One SnapPerfect release passed 488 automated tests and 68 end-to-end checks.
Work thatshows it
All three are our own products, so everything you see in them is our work: scope, design and build.

SnapPerfect
One product photo in, a full set of listing images out. An AI studio for online sellers, with projects, credits and switchable image providers.

Keyless
An iPhone keyboard that rewrites, shortens and translates text in any app. Seven tones and ten languages.

Faqtura
Invoicing for Swedish freelancers, with VAT, ROT and RUT, time tracking, and AI that turns rough notes into invoice lines.
What wedon’t do
No Android apps
We build for the web and for iPhone. A web app works in the browser on Android phones too.
No big bang
A big or unclear idea starts as a small first version. It grows once it holds up with real users.
No price list on the site
Every product is different. After a short call you get a fixed price and a date in writing.
How itruns
- Step 1
A short call
We talk about the problem in your business, not about tech. Then you get a plain written scope: what gets built, by when, for what price.
- Step 2
Design, then build
First a clickable design you can try, then the real thing. You see progress every week, not at the end.
- Step 3
Launch and hand over
It goes live and it is yours: the code, the accounts and short notes on how it works. Support after that is there if you want it.
Questionsand answers
Do you build Android apps?
No. We build for the web and for iOS. A web app runs on Android phones too, in the browser.
My idea is big. Where do we start?
With a small first version that does the one thing users come for. You have something working early, and it grows once the idea holds.
Can you work in code someone else wrote?
Yes. On Lucra, together with Frostlight Solutions, we moved a new design into a codebase another team had built for months, without breaking its backend.
Do I need to know anything technical?
No. Decisions are talked through in plain words, and you click through the design before it is built.
Who owns the code?
You do: the code, the accounts and the notes on how it works. Nothing stays locked on our side.
Got an ideaworth testing?

You get a plain answer, not a sales pitch.
