Let's talk

How a project runsthree steps, no surprises

You always know what comes next, what it costs
and when it is done.

  1. 1. A short call

We talk about the problem in your business, not about tech. Then you get a plain written scope: what gets built, by when, for what price.

You getA written scope with a fixed price and a date

  2. 2. Design, then build

First a clickable design you can try, then the real thing. You see progress every week, not at the end.

You getA design to click through, then weekly versions

  3. 3. Launch and hand over

It goes live and it is yours: the code, the accounts and short notes on how it works. Support after that is there if you want it.

What holdson every project

  • Plain words first

The scope is agreed in plain language before any work starts. No jargon, no surprises in the invoice.

  • You talk to the builders

You talk directly to the people who lead the build, so nothing gets lost between hand-offs.

  • Small first, then grow

A big or unclear idea starts as a small first version. It grows once it holds up with real users.

  • AI where it pays

AI goes in only where it saves time or money, never as decoration.

  • Tested for real

The work is checked the way you will use it, not just that a setting was saved.

  • Built to hand over

Everything is made so you can run it without the studio. Staying in touch is a choice, not a lock-in.

Goodto know

What does a project cost?

A fixed price, agreed in the written scope before any work starts. If something new comes up along the way, you get a price for it first and decide.

How long does it take?

It depends on the size, and the date is in the scope before anything starts. When an idea is big or still unclear, a small first version comes first, so you have something working early.

Do I need to know anything technical?

No. Decisions are talked through in plain words, and you click through the design before it is built.

Who owns what is built?

You do: the code, the accounts and the notes on how it works. Nothing stays locked on the studio’s side.

What happens after launch?

Support and further work are there if you want them, and optional. Everything is built so you can run it on your own.

Do you work with agencies and studios too?

Yes. Some projects are made inside a partner studio’s team, like Lucra and a platform for a watch reseller, made together with Frostlight Solutions.
